    Question: How long does shipping take?

    Answer: If you are in the United States, shipping takes 8 to 12 business days with standard shipping.  Saturday’s and Sundays do not count as business days.  National holidays do not count as business days either.  For example, if you put an order in on a Monday, you can expect your order to get to you between Tuesday and Thursday of the following week.  This means that your order should get to you realistically in a week to week and a half max.  Our guys do a great job of engraving quickly(and accurately) and getting out into the mail, so you often get it before the 8 to 12 business days.  

     

    Question:  I waited until the last minute I need the personalized gift right away.  Can I get them faster than 8 to 12 business days?

    Answer: Yes, but we have to pay the shipping companies (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc) more so we cannot offer you free shipping on expedited orders.  We can get the products to you in as fast as 5 to 8 business days.  Below is the shipping cost you will have to pay for expediting an order:

    - 8 to 12 Business Days – Free for orders over $75 and $9.99 for orders under $75

     

    Question:  What are your shipping costs? 

    Answer:  All USA orders over $75 are free shipping.  Orders under $75 pay $9.99-5.99 for shipping. 

     

    Question: Do you ship to Canada and other international countries?

    Answer:  Groovy Guy Gifts will ship to INTERNATIONAL destinations with appropriate product information; however Groovy Guy Gifts is not responsible for any customs and duties or tariffs and will not reimburse these charges for any reason.  We get quite a few Canadian orders and depending on your province, those charges may range.  

     

    Question:  How do I know if I entered the personalization correctly?

    Answer: Each product has a description for how many characters each product can be personalized with.  Read these instructions carefully and don’t exceed the amount of available characters.  Then add the product to your cart.  You will be able to read the personalization for all the products once they are in your shopping cart to review, and when you put in the order one of our customer service reps will reviews the order to make sure your personalization looks like it was entered correctly. 

     

    Question:  Why choose Groovy Guy Gifts? 

    Answer:  Outside of assuring strong prices, we will provide great real time customer service; we do our best to offer a selection of unique and personalized gifts that took some thought in assembling.  We try and keep our portfolio to those things that we really think a guy is going to love and are always looking for the next cool gift.  If it’s out there, we’ll find it.  

     

    Question:  Do you serve outside of the domestic US 48? 

    Answer:  Yes, but there are caveats.  For instance, to our friends in Canada up north, you can expect probable customs bills to come along with fed and provincial tax and possible tariff charges for anything flying through. 

    Question: My order shows delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?

    Answer: If your tracking details show the package was delivered and you cannot locate it, we recommend waiting 24 hours following delivery confirmation as some tracking displays a delivered status prior to their arrival at the destination.

    If it has been more than 24 hours please do the following:

    • Look for a notice of attempted delivery left by the carrier
    • Look around the delivery location for your package (on the porch, by your garage etc.)
    • See if someone else in your household or a neighbor accepted the delivery
    • Verify the shipping address used by the carrier and on your order was correct
    • Check with neighbors it is possible the package was delivered to the wrong mail box.
    • Some packages travel through multiple carriers, double-check your mailbox or wherever you normally receive mail

    Question: Will the actual product vary from what I see on your website?

    Answer: The product images shown have the most accurate color possible. Differences in computer monitors may result in color variations between the actual product and your computer monitor. Please be advised that in some cases variations in leather grain or texture may also occur due to the nature of full-grain leather. We do our best to provide you with the most accurate images, but please be advised that some variation in color & leather texture may exist. Same goes for wooden gifts, it is all natural wood some some engrave darker than others. Because the wood is all natural there may be different grain patterns and knots in the wood. 

    Question: Do you offer volume discounts or custom logo personalization?
