I got 5 boxes with a wallet, a bottle opener and one of the boxes for my Bestman got a flask in it. When I received the boxes the wallets were not in the correct boxes and one of my boxes had Bestman instead of Groomsman. I submitted a claim for a new box and they sent me a new one a couple days later. The boxes look great, but if I didn’t order my stuff ahead of time instead of needing it by a specific date this message would be very different.
Groomsmen gifts made easy. Knife was a different designed than ordered, but still nice.
This is a great box set, the knife seems pretty solid and the wallet seems to be good quality. There was a note on the site that the beautiful burl boxes were on backorder and the pine box would be substituted. The pine box was a let down compared to the burl box. Maybe if it were discounted or something that might make up for it, but definitely a downgrade in quality. y guys loved them anyway. I would recommend them especially once the burl boxes are back in stock.
We received our groomsmen gifts just days before the wedding and were very satisfied with our purchase but disappointed that the top of the boxes were glass instead of wood. We did not have time to address the issue and otherwise would have been a five star rating.
I was expecting the same box on display. That's probably the only thing I was not happy with. Other then that it was a great gift
Turn around was phenomenal...exceeded expectations. Ordering process is full of opportunities for improvement. Because it lacked the opportunity to verbally confirm my order miserably failed to meet expectations. I wanted initials on the knives & they came with names. Until this changes I do not recommend this service...
