    Well worth it.

    I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and quality form Groovy Guy Gifts. Sam, the artist I was working with, was amazing and very patient in accommodating all my special requests in a timely manner. He made revisions until I was completely satisfied and it sure paid off. My husband was floored with the likeness and was more than pleased with the gift. Couldn't be happier and can't say enough - would HIGHLY recommend.

    Overall, the job they did was great when it came to communication and correcting errors. The finished product is really impressive. 1 of the 5 flasks sent was the caricature of the wrong person...meaning I received a flask with a caricature of someone I've never met, labeled "officiant" (we didn't even order one for our officiant). That was weird...but they very quickly fixed this and sent the correct one over within days, and didn't even ask for the "mistake" back. But for that reason, keeping the reviews high up there.
