Incredible! My dad absolutely loved this gift I gave him before our wedding! The seller is top notch, communication right away, shipped it quickly because of the time crunch of the wedding and just all around super friendly. Item was beautiful. One of the only cigar flasks that fits a 1 inch diameter cigar. Embroidery was perfect as well. Only downside is the lid is a little difficult to get on
