How to Personalize
- Enter the first initial to be featured inside the heart design (on left side) on the decanter and glasses.
- Enter the second initial to be featured inside the heart design (on right side side) on the decanter and glasses.
- Provide the year your relationship was established for the "Est." engraving.
- Add a name or text (The Carter's, Happy Anniversary, etc) for the front of the wooden gift box (printed in upper right corner).
- Write your message (up to 200 characters) for the inside of the box lid.

Yes! Every item includes free personalization. Just enter your details on the product page and we'll customize it before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders take 5-7 business days from order to delivery with standard shipping, though times may vary based on your location. We also offer expedited shipping (3-5 business days) at checkout. Many items ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
What is your return policy?
Because every item is custom-made and personalized just for you, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. However, if your item arrives damaged or with an error we made, we will replace it at no cost. Just reach out to us at support@groovyguygifts.com, or via live chat during our business hours, and provide your order number and a photo and we'll take care of it.
Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order is placed and paid for we cannot guarantee any changes, but we will do our best to accommodate updates to personalization details, shipping address, or product selection before production begins.
